So far it's been 3rd week in school. In a new class setting, I find it's quite difficult to fit in at first. After sometime of getting to know one another, it's not that difficult and they're bunch of nice people. But I still prefer last year class cos got Kayle,Wilona & Zhenna. Well maybe as time goes by, I'll get used to the new class and loving it? Hope so(:

School has been quite relaxing but from next week onwards, there'll be tons of projects to be done and deadly project deadlines. Also Asian conference next up in 3 more weeks and mid sem test the week after! By looking at it, there's not much time left anymore!! Gosh looks like MAY is gonna be the most hectic yet happening month. Jiayou(:

It's been 3 days since school reopens. Though school just started, I've start thinking about my next holiday! Can't wait for time to fly and holiday to arrive! I'm still in a holiday mood and I bet most of the students are(:

So far, there's no tutorials for this week so school isn't that hectic at all. But lectures are boring as usual and worst of all, the timetable is horrible! Almost everyday starts at 9 am and ends at 6 pm. After lesson got to rush down to SP for POS training. It's so inconvenient to travel down all the way down to SP from TP.

Anyway POS training was fun even though it's tough. Yeah there's bound to have bruises here and there but the process is enjoyable. Through POS, I've learnt that it's all about team work,working together with people. Whatever stunts that we do, we progress and move to another level together as one. There's no such thing as this person is very important and that person is useless. Everyone is the team is equally important- the base, flyer and back/front support. So Polyite, let's jiayou together! Get ready & excited for Asia Conference(:

It's been 2 weeks since holiday started and I've been working everyday. It seems very lifeless tbut for the sake of money, gonna endure it till school reopens.

Anyway it's true that time really files. I've already spent 1 year of my life in TP! This 1 year in poly has been a challenging yet enjoyable year for me. Enjoyable cos I've a great clique of friends that keeps my days in school with laughter. Challenging due to tons of projects, many deadlines and examinations! With so many things to be done yet so little time given, sometimes i do feel like giving up. But thank God, I've endure it through and soon year 2-to-be! (:

Also in poly,you'll get to meet many different types of people. Be it good or bad, nice or nasty people. But really thanks God for placing nice and good people around me-Kayle,Zhenna and Wilona.

There's always laughters with them around. We would always gossiping about people,day dreaming during lectures,go library watch dramas during break,chionging project together and many more! But we're gonna be in different courses in year 2 :(

New look for a new year.(: Permed my hair yesterday and now i miss my straight long hair. Before perming, I'm sick of straight hair and thought of having curls. But now when i've curled my hair, i wish i didn't perm. Haha! Still not use to my new hairstyles and it makes me look more mature. Hopefully it will look better .

Now that school term has started, everyone is rushing their project and it's killing me. So many projects to be done yet so little time given. Really can't wait for 3 years to pass and graduate from poly. Poly life is not easy at all. Some people are just not as understanding/caring/kind/whatever good things you may think of... as you thought. But glad that my cliques aren't like them. They're much easy to get along. They even bought me christmas gifts each. So nice of them. feel so bad not getting them any presents. Sorry girls! promise to buy something for you on sunday(:

Our friendship is 8 years since primary 5 and it's still counting on! I'm so glad that we're in the same poly. Whenever I'm dismiss from lessons, first thing i would do is take out my phone and call her. No matter how stress I'm facing when doing projects/assignment, I'll feel so much relax when I see her. Cos with her around, I can feel that at least there's someone who understands what I'm going through and can easily relate/share her experiences with me. She'll be there to encourage me, asking me to keep enduring on. She's not only my best friend but my best eating mate,best praying mate,best working mate and many more! We always do things together like.....

Finally after much procrastination for super long, Olivia & I went for a run somewhere near her house! We had been procrastinating since last year O's till now. Gonna be almost a year! See how lazy we are haha. We ran 3 rounds but to be exact 2 rounds of running and 1 round of brisk walking! haha. At least we did run and sweat kay. It was kind of tiring at first and feel like giving up so much. But one thing on my mind that kept me going was " SLIM DOWN! Slim figure!" With this thought of motivation, i kept running for 2 rounds. It was my first time that i actually ran with my first pair of running shoes. Other than eating/sleeping/shopping/drama-ing, running has never been in my To-do list till recently people have been telling me that i've been became much chubbier. It was like a nightmare to me! Totally nightmare! Well that's girls. who on earth likes people to comment that he/she has put on weight? NO ONE! Exactly I'm one of those so decided to buy a pair of running shoe so that hopefully i'll make full use of it without letting my money gone to waste. And glad to say this time it was successful. But I can't be happy too early. Still got to see if I'm consistent in running every week. Haha!
Target: gonna lose 4Kg by end of this year! Possible? Hope so!(:

Anyway school has started for 2 weeks already.. Dragging myself to school almost everyday! The thing I dread most in school is attending cds! I don't see any familiar faces in the class and worst still this thursday gonna form project group...So don't like attending it but no choice I got to. Maybe this time round will be able to make some friends. Trying to be positive!(:

Just started to enjoy working yet school starting tomorrow. How i wish there's extended holiday. Anyway talking about work, I'm starting to miss it. Not the paper works but the people i met there. It's so fun with marianne and some other colleagues around. They never fail to make me laugh non-stop with their jokes.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

Can you believe I'm 18 now?! Man, I can't believe it! It makes me feel so old. Haha! Anyway this year's birthday celebration was great and there's one more coming tomorrow(: so looking forward to it!

I think by the end of this month, I'm gonna put on weight. I've ate 6cakes in total for my birthday. That's a lot! Just think about the cheese,chocolate and cream that I've consumed. I heard fats calling out my big name! Haha.

Well really thanks to those people who had taken off their time to celebrate birthday with me! Olivia and kewikee celebrated for me on Monday before they went for zone camp. It's so nice of them wanting to celebrate an advance birthday celebration with me. They bought my all time favourite cake,cheesecake. And Olivia bought me cookies from famous Amos cookies. I was craving for it in the afternoon and in the evening, she gave it to me.FYI, i didn't tell her about my cravings. Maybe it's pure coincidence or telepathy. But whatever is it, thanks a lot!

Shiyin and Huiying was such a sweet darlings too. They came over to my house on Tuesday night and when the clock strikes 12am, they surprise me with a cake! That's super sweet of them (:

On Wednesday, Sok keang met up with me in the afternoon and passed me present plus cheesecake. That's the 5th birthday cake I had! Thanks girl:D My clique also celebrated for me! It's was a total surprise for me. Initially I thought they wouldn't celebrate for me or worst still don't even know it's my birthday. Hahah But they treated me swensen and bought me a nice necklace. Just bear with the picture. I looked super fat. GYM anyone? haha

Now projects are piling up day by day! And the freaking scary deadlines are supersuper near, all in the same week(I think so)! I'm running out of time. Definitely I need more time! How nice if the school extend the holiday 1 more week. But sadly, it's not doing it so even though there's H1N1 cases in school.. My clique joked that if we are to quarantine together, we can stay at aloha chalet and have fun rather than coming to school. Haha.

Now I'm giving tuition to a primary 6 kid. When daddy knew it, he teased me saying i can't teach myself and yet I'm gonna tutor a kid. Haha! Tomorrow morning got to give tuition. I should be resting now! (:

Kindly please ignore my spare tire. I know it's high time that i should go on an diet. Alright DIET! Anyways, that's not the focus. The main lead is the cake. It's my favourite, C-H-E-E-S-E-C-A-K-E! It's not bought from any bakery shop but baked by Joel :D This silly guy wanted to give me a surprise but attempt failed. Haha! I knew all along what's he's gonna do but just feigning ignorance and play along with him(: He can't keep any surprises for long! He'll spill out the bean if you continuously ask him and those hints he gave is too obvious! Haha well it's really sweet of him. It's his first attempt and heard that it took him quite an effort to bake it! A big thanks to you! :D The cake taste yummy so bake more for me!Haha

Tomorrow is Monday and it's school reopen! SCREAM!! Can't believe that 2 pathetic weeks of holidays is up! How I wish that the school will extend the holidays by one more week just like the secondary schools. From tomorrow onwards, I got to wake up early everyday and attend supersuper boring tutorial/lectures. No more waking up at late noon till the next holiday and it's like 2 more months! Argh. enough of grumbling. It's time to do econs project. :(

Right now, I'm addicted to Korean drama-Boy before Flowers. It's all because of my sister! She watched it on the desktop while I was studying in the room.Normal reaction, my eyes were glued onto the computer. I became so addicted to it and watched many episodes. Ended up, got to stay up late at night to finish studying for test.Thank God that test wasn't difficult. If not I'm gonna be so dead..... Anyway, I found this guy really handsome! 4th week in the school
Well at least friendship in the clique are getting better and better. No longer do i have the mindset of that one is using one another for company.There's more topics to chat about and more fun within the clique.Hopefully it'll gets better as time passes =D

Anyway realised that whenever I've money in my wallet especially my ATM card,I will crave to go on a shopping spree,take cab etc.So after school,cab down to tampines with Olivia.Initially thought of just buying pants that all.But the longer we stayed in the shopping mall,the more things i wanted to buy.Spent over $60++ and daddy complained that I've overspent a lot.(He's talking about the balance in my bank)So in conclusion: No ATM card should be found inside my wallet.Haha. I've got to watch my spending before i get totally broke!

Projects and assignments are piling up everyday! Worst still in less than a month, there'll be mid semester test.People said that usually poly life is quite slack but i doubt so. Just the 3rd week of school and yet there's so much things to be done.In poly,my capacity will really be stretched to the MAX! Got to spend less time on shopping,slacking,sleeping etc but more time on doing project and assignments.I think 24hours a day isn't enough for me. I need more time!! Unlike secondary school, get to spend more time on shopping,slacking etc but less on studying unless there's upcoming exams or test.But in poly,all year round I'm packed with projects and assignment.Even holiday I've got to rush my work in order to meet those scary deadlines!Right now i wish my poly life would faster end. Yes it's just 3rd week of school and yet I'm hoping to graduate ASAP.Ridiculous uh.But i really don't like poly life......

Monday Blue!

I was soooo reluctant to go school today.The lectures and tutorials aint interesting at all.. Of all subjects, i dread attending Com Skills lesson because it's like having english lesson as in secondary school days... Worst of all, I had to study Accounting! Initially i thought Yes after O's, I would not get in touch with POA anymore.But who knows, i got to study them now! Only if i knew i was going to study accounts,i would have pay attention during POA lesson in the past. Then it would not be an alien subject to me right now.Haha! Now I've learned my lesson. Gonna give full attention not only to accounts lectures/tutorials but also to others subject as well. Aim to do well and excel in poly.

Enough of studies. In poly, i found out that it's quite difficult to find a good friend within my class.Someone whom i can really count on,share my secrets with etc.Even if i have a clique of friends in class, it feels like everyone is literally using one another in a sense that during break or lesson time,the clique will sticks together but after school, everyone will go on separate ways.It's very different from secondary school.Back in secondary school, I'll still hang out with my clique of friends after school but I don't do that in Poly.Is it true that it's hard to find a good friend in Poly? I don't know.. Maybe it's just the 2nd week of school.Hopefully everything will turn out well as time goes by....

Finally a day's off from work (: Met up with Olivia and shopped the whole day. I must say shopping is every girl's forte. We can shopped from orchard-Suntec-marine square without much complain. But when it comes to work, we always have LOTS to complain about!haha.

Other than shopping, we loved eating too! Steamboat at Hotpot culture. We stayed there for 2 long hours and were so bloated to the max! So walked over to Fullerton Hotel and chilled. That place was just the right place to chill! Overall, i enjoyed my day with her(:

During this festival season, I've collected some ang paos.Though it's lesser than last year, still it beats better than nothing.Now it's like the 4th day of CNY and 1/3 of my money is gone! Spent mostly on FOOD. Of cos i had a partner with me and she is...........OLIVIA! She's my best partner when it comes to food(infact she's my best partner for everything!) cos both of us love to eat a lot. and i mean A LOT! And today i just shared 2Cheesecakes with Olivia.OMG 2Cheesecake at one go.Now I can hear see FATS calling our names.Haha Anyway cheesecake over at secret recipe is awesome! it's has different varieties and cheap! Overall results was not bad. But i was kinda disappointed. cos given my english marks, i can't get into early childhood.. So gonna choose another course of my interest. Right now I'm cracking my head to the max to think of what other courses i have interest in. Courses related to IT,Science,Business and Design is confirm out of my choice. After canceling out those courses, I'm like left with VERY FEW choices to choose! Argh it's so frustrating. Anyway yesterday had an outing with E458 to celebrate Isabel,Ashely& john's belated birthday.Though it's very belated,still i want to say Happy belated birthday to them! We had sushi for dinner and movie after that. Thumbs up for the movie "Bolt". If anyone is feeling low, must watch it. It will definitely lighten you up.
Aftermath, stay over at huizhen's place for mahjong session. Return home in the early morning while my parents are still asleep. Till now, they still don't know I've spent the night outside cos when daddy was awake for work, I'm already on my bed pretending to be asleep.Haha well only my sis know.

After eating so much during O's period, it's time to shake off those unglam fats! X-fats! Went running at bedok reservoir with cgm. Was very determined to run through out but soon dropped the idea cos it was too tiring and yes I'm lazy. After the run, we played captain ball. one word= FUN!

Can't believe that O's had just finished and 5years in secondary school had ended too. Still remember in the past, my girlfriends or classmates and i would always complain about those stupid rules that the school set and test that the teacher gave. We would always hope that time would pass faster and then become a tertiary student.But wow ,time files. Now we're no longer a secondary school student but a tertiary student. Attended graduating service. Initially planned to skip school but because there's refreshment provided so i went..

Well I've been in GMS(S ) for 5years and in a month's time, I'm gonna graduate. Time really files. Time will not wait for anyone. So got to cherish the time spend in school together with friends&classmates.

YAY! Happy.... because I still get my CCA points even though I've stopping attending band practices after SYF. I was told that if you did not achieve 75% or more attendance rate or worst still did not go at all, all the points accumulated for the past years will be gone. So I thought i've wasted my time and efforts attending band practices for the past years. Glad that I'm given those points :D

I feel like I'm having a race with time. If I starts to laze around for awhile, time would win me. But if I grab hold of the time and study, i would be ahead of it. Although prelim's ending soon, still I cant relax at this point of time. Got to grad hold of the time and study extremely hard. In a life time, there's only 1 O's level examination a person has to go through.Get over and done with.Gonna do some time-planning and come out with a time-table.I'm going to follow it CLOSELY! I mean it. Hahaha

Did I mention I planned to go on a diet?..... Yes i did but FAILED! back on Sunday, had supper with Olivia. We ate a bowl of noodles each and shared fried oyster. That's not the end. Back home, daddy ordered mac delivery and of cos, we ate till we're bloated. Is like after eating so much, finally we're full. Such a big eater. If I continue to let this keep going on, soon I'll see this ...........

STRESS~

Although it's holiday but it does not look like holiday to me! I had to make sure that this whole week is productive for me in my revision for examinations.Well so far.... it's been fairly productive for me.

I guess it's due to exam stress that my mouth keep munching non-stop. Almost every hour after a decent meal, I would ask Olivia if she's hungry. If yes, we would buy tidbits and start our munching.Back home, i would eat supper and ate bars of chocolate.When people stress, they would slim down. But i guess for me is the other way round. Stress= Fatter! hahaha

I fall in love with Korean songs! as well as Korean dramas. Yesterday went over to Olivia house to.... watch drama! hahaha We watched Endless love

Last Friday was our last PE before we graduate. Definitely i'll miss those fun we had during PE.

Last Sunday had studying session together with Olivia and Elliot. With Elliot around, we can forget about focusing on studying. Because he's always entertaining us with his funny actions. Hahaha.
Anyway it was not very productive as planned. Studied for a few hours and rushed for family dinner. During the dinner, my dad wanted to eat prawn but was ultra lazy to peel for himself. So guess what he did? He said this with a cunning smile" since you're late for the dinner, you must peel these prawns for us". I was like... =.= Not funny dad! Peel it yourself! hahaha In the end i still peeled for everyone and save the biggest prawn for myself. Hee well that's the advantage of peeling prawn for others. you get to choose the biggest prawn and save it for yourself hahaha. Not that I'm selfish, just that I'm a prawn lover!

Talking about prawn.... I miss eating it! For the past few days, I've been eating vegetable instead of meat for every meal. I know y'guys will say"Wow It's more than a miracle!". Hahaha.Anyway I still think that vegetable taste SUPER awful. Yucks!

It's so frustrating! I think I did badly for English oral today! I had confidence of doing well at first. But why do i screw up at the last minute?! ARGH! Happy 43rd birthday, Singapore!
Fellowship cg over at Sok keang's condo-BBQ! It's my favourite when it comes to eating(; I was glutton for the day. I kept eating non-stop then i noticed something....I was sitting with some cg member and i was the ONLY one eating! I finished up the plate of hot dogs by myself! Not just 2 or 3 hot dogs but more than all my fingers! When Olivia walked away from the table and came back after a little while, she said this" ESTHER! you're still eating?! " Hahaha yes I'm a glutton.. A glutton like me is never full and so i continued eating.... Of cos not only eat but also play games and chit-chat..

Prayer meeting over at paya lebar. Since it's a school holiday, decided not to waste it by slacking so went studying with Olivia at.... Changi airport. It's nice and conducive environment for studying. It's was quite productive although we studied abit,slack abit and eat alot! hahaha

Thanksgiving was quite boring. Past 2-3 years, I attended Thanksgiving as a performer-Band. But this time round, status as a graduate. Time really files.. I've been in GMS for 5years and another few more months,I've to bid goodbye to the school. Aww definitely I'll miss alot of things! It holds alot of memories(: Well,other than celebrating 84 years, there's prize presentation too. Seeing the recipients going up on stage and received their award, makes me envy of them and wish I was one of them! hahaha But too bad I'm not that clever. Anyway congrats to Colin and kweikee

Saw Yasmin& Cindy.. We started to chat anything under the sun like those days in band. Hahaha. Seriously i miss band...I miss playing the clarinet. We also chatted about those days in primary school. Those days everyone was so innocent, don't know anything but only know what fun is.No stress, No worries, No troubles but lots of fun and laughter.Thinking back at those things we did, my goodness It's SOOOO childish! Hahaha.

Pastor Mark conner preached a good message for everyone.-Growing old or Growing up? Some people may be old in age but childish in thinking.Maturity does not come with age but with the acceptance of responsibility. I've learned that you can't take control of people but you can take control of yourself-emotions, thinking,action etc... He also preaches that we should not think of negative things but positive things. Everyone should take responsibility and leadership to our life.

Last day of FOP.. Wow it was AWESOME! Especially the praise where many went down near the stage and sing praises. The whole atmosphere was so high! Everyone was singing and jumping . It's very different compared singing praises in the seats. I enjoyed myself to the max. I guess so does everyone(: As usual we took photos before the service started.

Pastor Mark conner preached another good message- Living in light of eternity. It teaches me that pleasure,possessions etc do not last eternity.But God last for eternity. We must be a friend of God, love people and invest time,talents in God.

I've been slacking around, not doing my work.Everyday I've the tendency of wanting to skip school. For the past few weeks, I skipped at least 1 day per week. Daddy joked that my name was blacklisted for not attending school because.... he received a call from office saying I'm absent from school. When I'm in class studying. hahaha! I must kick off the habit and start my revision before it's too late..

My mood swing high and low during lessons.. wonder if it's due to boring lessons or I'm hungry.Hahaha. Oh ya! Mr chia said I'm distracting Elliot when he's the one distracting me! Hahaha. I miss the past .

But why do i feel we're more to stranger than friends?

I miss those times when...
-we chat about everything under the sun
-we chill together & had fun together
-we laughed at one another
-we studied together
-you comfort me/ be there for me during my break-ups/quarrels
& many more....

Can we be like the past or best still Closer than ever?

When I opened the door.... I saw her.
She was standing right infront of me.
She puts on a big sweet smile and said" dear, how's everything in school?"
At that instant, my heart just melt.

Yay my mum's back home! She'd recovered. Thanks God(: It's good to have her around. Cos she would pamper me by cooking my favourite dishes! Soon you'll see me becoming fatter and fatter. Hahaha. Nah I won't let it happen! Yes I can skip doing house chores. I hate doing it especially when there's countless of chores to be done.

BUT....

There goes my freedom :( Now i can't go out as and when i like anymore. Hahaha Never mind! As long as she's healthy and strong, I'm okay with it. ♥ Mummy!

Daddy is complaining that I'm always not at home.*POUTS* In fact I'm over at mac studying. Realized that studying at mac is so tempting.Cos i'll be attracted by burgers,fries and ice-cream etc..
